Before submitting the manuscript please the author guidelines carefully.
Remember when submitting the manuscript, please state in the body of email, or separate file the following:

that all the authors approved that the paper to be submitted to JoB;

that the article is original and is the work of the authors;

the novelty or the significance of results.
Please save your document as DOC or DOCX (Microsoft office word file).
Name your manuscript file with the name of the first author (eg. Kumaraguru.doc). The file should not exceed 12MB.
